No weigh in but had egg/bacon for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and something with veg for dinner. Had one tea, one strong coffee(!!) and a litre of squash.

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

lol

Having the steak tomorrow now!!!

I told him he could take me out to lunch so he agreed and I told him where (it is one of the most expensive restaurants nearby! lol) and we did end up having a nice lunch - I had lamb with veggies and I decided on a lemon cheesecake for afters. I am going to have a jacket sweet potato in a min with coleslaw.

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Glad you had a good lunch Emma!

Today I had egg mayo for breakfast with coffee(!), missed lunch as I was at haidressers, and dinner was chicken and salad - covered the chicken with some of the curry paste and did it on the George Foreman grill. mmmm delicious!!!

Maybe its because I have ingredients now, rather than frozen blocks of processed food in the freezer

couldnt decide whether to to a plain piece of chicken or chicken curry so did a mixture of both

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

Yes but you are really experimenting with the ingredients now!!! that is what makes a good cook I think, not to be frightening in trying something new
