Donna - delighted the curry was a success!!!

Dinner plans have changed as I forgot hubby is going out for a (rare) drink with a good friend. Instead I have just put on tiny roast cubed potatoes, salmon and dill fishcakes (shop-bought) which will be served on lots of tomato and avocado with dill/mustard dressing (Waitrose own). I could eat these warm salads every day - love 'em!!

Tonight will be a sort of odds and ends dinner: scrambled eggs with onions & mushrooms, rice & some kim chi. All this talk of curry is making me decide to get out my receipe for shrimp curry & have some!!
