I'm so happy that both you and she seem to be getting to grips with the amputation. Maybe keep her in for a few days longer just to make sure the bond between you is well and truly re-established. It'd be awful if, as you say, she did a bunk  |

yep she was physically shaking when i was holding her whilst i answered the door earlier and growling at me lol.she isnt going anywhere unitl at least the stitches are out and prob not until im happy she is getting about ok.she has trying to play today biting the cords on a blanket and pushing a ball around so obviously feeling better oh and eaten a huge amount of chicken!! |

any1 got any idea of a time scale for her to sort out her balance??i know its only a week and i dont expect miracles but she is still only hopping and she soooooooooooo desperatly wants to go out and i wont let her until i think she is stable after all she may need to run from a dog if needs be! |

I am guessing that she will take her own time with that one, but cats are surprisingly reziliant. |

I wouldn't let her out until her wound has healed completely and she has full confidence of being on three legs........... better to be safe than sorry  |

yes she wont be going anywhere until im happy.the latest is she is challenging lena who is boss cat.she has done this before on occasions but has done it 2 in 10 mins today and yesterday.lena doesnt fight just lots of hisses. |
