Oh - my news. I got two lovely Australorp pullets for Christmas. Sheila is the smaller of the two. The larger one has started crowing so HE is called Jack!!!!

DM they are so funny in the snow. Every morning they've formed an orderly queue at the door from the run. The first one looks out does a quick beak and toe test on the snow turns round and goes back into the run. This is followed by the 2nd, 3rd etc all doing the same thing. They are such entertainment for me.

angieh I've been giving them lots of warm mash - they love it.

I could bore you rigid talking about them - wish I'd got them years ago.
