It might have been the wrong spot Mags. 'My' anti-nausea pressure point is on the wrist but on the very front, between the strong tendons you can feel running up your wrist. You didn't put them there, did you? |

Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 4 Went to bed 11.00pm. Must have dropped off very quickly because I can't remember Slept all night! Woke up this morning at 7.15am Maybe the cones had something to do with it, maybe not as again I was so tired after the previous night and staying awake all day I put the cones in a slightly different spot last night and they were a lot more comfortable, no problem at all A good night's sleep certainly makes a difference! |
