'few side effects' hmmm, do they not elaborate? Have they got a website? try placing them in a slightly different position tonight Mags...but would certainly seek extra help here Mags. You need to get some sleep!!!

It might have been the wrong spot Mags. 'My' anti-nausea pressure point is on the wrist but on the very front, between the strong tendons you can feel running up your wrist. You didn't put them there, did you?

These are to be placed on the inside of the wrist, down from the little finger in a small depression under the wrist bone at the level of the first wrist crease.

Update on Sleep Cones ~ Day 4

Went to bed 11.00pm.
Must have dropped off very quickly because I can't remember
Slept all night!
Woke up this morning at 7.15am

Maybe the cones had something to do with it, maybe not as again I was so tired after the previous night and staying awake all day
I put the cones in a slightly different spot last night and they were a lot more comfortable, no problem at all
A good night's sleep certainly makes a difference!
