We'll have more left-overs tonight. Lamb, fried onions, thinly sliced carrots and some consommé in an overproof dish and garlicky, mashed potatoes with some cheese on top. Stodgy, but nice.  |

Brown trout (first time - much nicer than rainbow) from the farmers market, new potatoes and aparagus from the allotment. Doesn't get much better than that! |
