Wow a size 16 to 10/12 no wonder you are pleased with yourself, what has everybody else said about your loss?

I am small busted anyway and when I get down to just over 9 stone I do notice that I lose a bit there.

9 stone 8.5lbs today, so a tiny increase over yesterday (I am not suprised about)

Its quite strange really because I suddenly have this huge addiction to fruit!? I hardly ate any before the diet and now can't get enough of the stuff

Oh well I suppose its better than crisps and chocolate (ermm well thats what i keep telling myself)
