Nothing wrong with being addicted to fruit No doubt it is because after loosing the weight and not eating the sugary food perhaps you had before your body is now craving a more natural sugar.

Still doing well Donna,

Unfortunately today has been a bad(ish) day for me, although I haven't had much to eat (olives, chicken and green veg) I have managed to eat a few chocolates!!! arrgghhh back on track though tomorrow.

Not seen that before DM, and an interesting article. It is true that I do not feel hungry on this diet, so less likely to over eat.

Well I was up a bit to 9 stone 9lb this morning, haven't eaten too badly today but due to rushing around I had a chicken wrap, macadama nuts, and a low carb bar lol
