Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I started WW AGAIN last week and so far so good. I feel less bloated but I really have a reason to lose some weight. I've recently beeen diagnosed with angina and am waiting an angiogram. At 48 that's not funny so I'm being very good at the moment! Will update you on Tuesday!!

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I lost 4 lbs!!! I'm really chuffed as I've never done that before when I've started dieting so I'm back under the 11 stone mark at 10 11 and a half.....fair way to go yet!

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I'll be REALLy happy when I reach 9 10! i'm only 5ft 1" so all the extra weight sits around my tummy and thighs. I was 8 stone before I had my children but doubt I'll reach that ever again!

I am only 5'2" so can sympathize!!! Small people do not carry weight well thats why I am trying to get rid of the excess!!

Want to get to 9 stone and then I will look at it all again! See how I feel then. 10 lbs to go!!

Re: Dieting/Low Carbs

I'm sure you'll get there Donna, quicker than you realise! I know for me that reducing my carbs is the best way but I do get so hungry. I also have an underactive thyroid which doesn't help matters!
