Down half a pound today! Not a lot bt going in the right direction.....it's definately carbohydrates that put my weight on so I'll have to cut down a bit more! Hope everyone else is doing okay!  |

Well I am 9 stone 8 today and got into an old suit for work for the first time. Is a Principles suit and the trousers are a size 10!! Bit tight but wore them as my others are too loose and are being held up by a big belt!! |
