Re: Quiz night 23rd June

we have just had a disaster, a neighbours dog has just got out, come down our drive and attacked Tom. It's pulled the fur of his tail for 2" in length down to the skin. I feel so guilty that we didn't hear him, he tried to climb over the gate to escape but struggles to climb due to his weak back legs. No blood just a hammering heart. He's in the kitchen now drinking his special cat milk.

Oh poor Tom - do you want to pause or abandon the quiz Shelley? We'd understand. Does Tom need the emergency vet?

Re: Quiz night 23rd June

File a police report and make the neighbor pay for the vet costs is what I'd do. Poor Tom!!

Re: Quiz night 23rd June

He's ok thank you. His tail looks a bald mess but no wound.
He's drank his milk and is now sat beside me purring.
O/H has just been to tell the neighbours who have apologised and said they will be more careful in future.

Tom says thank you for your concern, he's happy for me to carry on.
Do we have any more guesses ?
