Sounds like win-win all around! Squiffy will be reunited with his owner and hopefully you can convince her to have his bits removed! Pip and Kizzy won't be endangered when e gets aggressive. And you can congratulate yourself for your efforts, you went the extra mile for him!!

Tell her about Catsey; would be nice to keep up with him!

so glad he's being returned to his own home and I know you'll impress on them the reasons for neutering. Hope the owner can join Catsey, will be great to be kept up to date.

I could swear lots of naughty words, but all I can say is there's many a slip twixt cup and lip. The owner gave OH the wrong phone number, so it doesn't look as if he will be going home very soon unless she realises and phones me again. Why do things have to get so complicated?

Has anyone phoned you since then if not press 1471.......OR if the big village is near enough put a poster up there and or add a poster to the one where her friends saw it saying "ring again"

unless she really intentionaly gave out the wrong number

Seems there's a jinx around young Squiff

if it was a mobile number they are very easy to get wrong. If she is from that village maybe asking at the post office may get results, or local community centre. Hopefully a name will come forward and you can direct your search.

Squiffy was back for his breakfast this morning and was a hungry boy. I am going to put a "Please phone back" strip on the poster that got the original phone call.

Unfortunately we'd had a wrong number call afterwards Kazz, we did think of 1471.
