Hubby is now in Houston working, and has just got an apartment, he is away a month and home 2 week till Christmas, so is back on 7th Nov, and we will be going back around 21st Nov till December 19th... Hence why I am getting all my christmas shopping done now.... Be lovely to talk to you DM.... |

Oh that works out nicely: you'll be here for an American Thanksgiving meal and back home in time for Christmas! Who will be looking after the cats while you're gone? And will your laptop work here? Probably a dumb question, I don't know how wireless connections work...... |

I have my son and his girlfriend living here, perfect pet sitters!! Yes, my laptop will work, my Hubby has his set up already..... Did not realise I would be there for thanks giving, how exciting.... |

Wow, Pat, that's such a brilliant trip to be having Having had a Texan au pair for a bit, I understand it's quite different world but how cool to be able to experience it for a whole month!! And talking to Eileen in person will be super stuff too. I reckon you can persuade your OH to sub you a ticket to Washington whilst he's busy working . . . |
