Not that harsh. The poor puss was held up by it's tail, head touching the basket and the killer had to heap up enough grain, a very valuable commodity, until the cat was covered up to the tip of it's tail. Wise rulers, those Welsh princes; bet not many people killed cats! Last one: What was the weight of the largest pumpkin ever grown? (Hint...well over 1,000 pounds) |
