Re: Toffee Tuesday

Tim has just come in to inspect Mindy & altho he was hissing a bit they were virtually touching noses - so bit promising. For the most part Tim & Amber ignore Mindy now, all the wee baby wants is to shadow Amber, who is having none of it.

Got cat flap in kitchen PVC door that leads into conservatory / utility room - no more jumping up & down Tim & Amber took to it like a duck to water Fantastic for them. Harvey is fascinated. Dogs equivalent of TV

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Hi Pamela and Velvet ..... now I am confused - is Wendy/Honey now Mindy???

Shrew in the lounge this morning. Kizzy was sitting on the coffee table looking at it. Why do they bring them in when they taste so bad? OH rescued the little thing and put it outside. Shrews are good for the garden, being insectivores.

Will be taking Monty Bogle for his walk in a short while. Back afterwards.

Have a great day everyone.

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Hello all work this afternoon for me. And Shelley I have to do a shop or we starve
Pamela I wish I could head down to the tall ships............but too far for me.
Angie enjoy your walk, and I think the cats bring things in just to torment us.
Velvet I totaly agree all my dogs have been fascinated by the cat flap activity.......and on occasions a Staffordshire Bull Terrier head could be seen having a bit of a look out.

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Hi all! Sorry I didn't write yesterday, had a lovely day with friends in Lydstep Haven near Tenby, a lovely horseshoe bay. The caravan park is very well maintained. Spent the morning in Pembroke feeding the swans and ducks on the river. Lovely sunny day. Quite a change from the excitement on Saturday

I'm enjoying lots of laughs with your animals antics makes my Posh look boring by comparison!

Re: Toffee Tuesday

We had decided to try and give Monty a bath this afternoon, but only got as far as his feet - he freaked! So will have to leave it to the professionals for now at least. He has a booking mid August.

Thanks Velvet .... had to make sure! It's quite natural to roll names around until one sticks .... yes, I remember Mork and Mindy!

Re: Toffee Tuesday

Hi all, another lovely day: sun, good breeze, 28 C (82 F), may make the record in the high 30s this afternoon. Bad t'storm after dinner last night, had to close the windows as the rain was coming in, but it was over quickly. No news, down to pick up my mail and pick grass for Leia; I'm quieter than ever here!

Everyone seems busy and happy! Hope Mindy stays Mindy! Why did I think bathing a dog would be much easier than doing a cat??

Enjoy the day!
