Long time, No chat

Hello, everyone!

I'm sorry I've completely dissapeared. Life just kind of got crazy for awhile but I do miss you all and would love to talk to you all again and see how everyone's doing.

The kitties are all doing well. Hestia just had her thyroid meds upped b/c she's been displaying more symptoms (including inappropriate peeing, sigh) but she is actually in good spirits and playful other than that.
Solomon is starting to resemble a small german sheperd, he's so big That boy's a little angel though, always hanging around me when I'm not feeling well and "guarding" me when I sleep. Love him.
Kuan Yin is still a sassy little thing that loves playing with her mice but also has become increasingly affectionate with me since K's passing..actually a bit of a cuddlebug at times.

My husband is well although my MIL passed a few weeks ago so he is still grieving of course. We kind of knew it was coming but it didn't make it any easier and we had to go away for a week to Chicago to attend her funeral. I think it was good for hubby though to go. I was ill but just powered through it and i know he appreciated it.

And on to my last, amazing news...I'M PREGNANT
10.5 weeks right now. We are over the moon as we were trying for this. I have some videos and picture of the baby last week at my first ultrasound. Hope you don't mind if I show off my little bean a bit

here is a short clip of baby's heart beating: (click on image)

here is a little video clip wiggle and wave:

my next u/s is in a few weeks, so excited to see how the Little One has grown

So lovely to hear from you Tink! And what wonderful news, I was hoping I might read something like this when I opened you post

Excellent that all the cats are doing so well, I'm sure they'll adjust to having a small, human screaming thing in their midst . . . Mine did
