Oh I do like those, Angie, especially the last two! This is Rameses. He's life sized; I put him in the hall when I first got him to see how Sultan would react... very funny, he bushed up, flattened his ears and started approaching... realized it wasn't a real cat in his house, gave me a look that would curdle milk and ignored it afterwards. I didn't notice it needed dusting until the flash made it obvious ... please ignore!! |

The small one in the foreground is a gift one of my online friends from Canada sent me. The bigger one in the background is passed down from K's grandmother. |

I never set out to collect kitty things, but people just give them to me because they know I love cats! In the first photo, you can probably see a little white long haired cat that really is a candle but I can't bear the idea of lighting it and watching the cat melt away! Daft eh? I am really enjoying seeing other peoples' "other cats". Do keep them coming! |

I do believe it's ceramic. I'm hesitant to handle it as his grandmother was quite an artist and I'm not sure if she designed it herself or if it was just a special keepsake of hers. K says he thinks it's supposed to be a Siamese. |
