TuesdayMorning all, just  Very nice and sunny here at the moment although it started off frosty. Started with a cold or something on Saturday night and felt quite rough yesterday, sore throat and very achy. I actualy went and bought some of the new lemsip tablets, usualy i just wait it out. They realy helped and i feel much better today. Did some training with the dogs, poor Kwame just doesn't get it  Working with Malaika was lovely though and a reminder of what it's all about. Went a walk in the frosty fields. Going to work this afternoon and then to mum and dad's for tea.

Quick hello from me . . . it's foggy and grey here but warmed up considerably since the weekend and most of the snow is now history. Sebi has a play date after school and the Mum has kindly agreed to feed Domi as well . . . hopefully I'll still have time to run over the other side of town for my pilates class at 7  |

Hi Shelley, Yola and those to come later .... Sunny here now although it was cloudy earlier and certainly warmer than last week. My cold is still with me, and my cough keeps catching me. I don't feel too bad just generally yuk. Hope you've managed to stop your whatever-it-may-be in it's tracks Shelley. Will be looking for quiz Qs this afternoon ....... have a good day peeps. |

Hi all, hope your cold goes away quickly Shelley and you shake that cough Angie. Did you make pilates Yola? I used to be a bit sceptical but am a convert and really think it help with both the running and singing. The half melted snow and slush is now freezing and it is treacherous out there. I need to catch a train in the morning and hope we can get out of the village to main roads. I'm runing the meeting so can't not get there! I think I might light the fire....... |

evening everyone, shelley, i hope your cold gets better xx Yola, hope you managed to get to your class. Angie, looking forward to the quiz tomorrow night : CS, i hope you got to your meeting and the snow wasnt too bad Ive just had teh usual day of working but i did treat myself at lunchtime to 2 new pairs of shoes and a new bag  felt like a treat. Got a nice surprise when i finished work as OH was outside waiting for me which meant i didnt need to get the bus home, off to asda after work and then to OHs mums house for a visit. |
