Any Ideas please

Took guinness for a weight check up this morning and he has put weight on he now weighs the same as when his problems started last year. He is on Hill Science dry c/d he and simon dont like wet food. He doesnt like going out and goes out very rarely when it suits him. He plays with bits of string doesnt like cat treats never has. The nurse who saw him said about the problems if his weight doesnt come down that he could get. She said that he could go on a food for overweight cats but because of his bladder problems he cant have it so for the last 4 wks he has been on a diet of his diet food but it hasnt worked. He now weighs 9kgs which is aound 19lb-8oz's. I think the vet thinks were mistreating him by given him treats we dont. I there is another food we would get it for him no matter what it costs his health and the others are more important than anything else.

Jane, are you asking what kind of foods we'd suggest or some ideas for getting Guinness' weight down? Sorry, maybe I'm being a bit thick

I'll start with the easy bit, toys to encourage tubby cats to move , these worked with Eva.
