thanks Eileen lol! Yes Yola, these houses were built 30s/40s! My skirting 'boards' are old quarry tiles, sadly coated in tons of paint, but I have plans to strip them back one day! Only downside being there is no loft lol! These houses were built (as far as we know) for the garrison which is just down the road from us and are completely bomb proof! The door frames and window surrounds are metal! |
