The figures were run by HUD and I'm safely within the moderate housing limit!! So. signed lease, apartment held for me,. move on July 1st between 1 and 3 pm! I'm so so relieved. Thank you all so much for your thoughts and good vibes .... uncross toes, Angie

The triage continues: deciding what goes with me and what goes to the church sale. It's incredible how much someone with a pack rat tendency anyhow can accumulate in 46 years!! I've seen stuff I'd completely forgotten I had.....

House is an utter mess; Leia having a ball as every time Chris makes a new box she jumps in it! She'll go to Carolyn's the night before the move.

Great to hear that you passed the entry test! Not long till the big moving date, I hope you've got time to still come on here while you're clearing/packing, sounds like a mammoth job!

So right. lynz! I only moved once before when I was 35 and bought this house: a lot easier as I was moving stuff from a four room house to an eight room house; this time it's moving stuff from an eight room house to a studio apartment. OMG, so much STUFF!

It is a mammoth job, but lots of help and support from Chris, and I'll always carve out space for Catsey ... gotta have my fix! I may be off line moving day; depends if they get the phone line in and my new computer will be hooked up to Comcast.
