Got Tiger out of the Walls.

Tiger is finally out of the walls. After ripping down a board in my garage an not being able to reach him we proceeded to rip down the ceiling in my bathroom and we were finally able to grab him. I brought him into my room and closed the door so he couldn't go off and hide again. He laid still on my bed for hours and then finally crawled under the bed for the rest of the night. He won't eat or drink. My husband took him to the vet this am. The vet took blood work to check for infection and felt all around his body and seems to think he will be ok. I asked if he thought he was in pain or in shock and he says no. He's going to put him on antibiotic and he's giving him fluids now -- HOPEFULLY he is right and he will be ok. I am so sick to my stomach I cried all night worrying that he is going to die. Please pray for my baby!!!!!!!

Loads of good vibes for your fur-baby. The fluids and a/bs will work wonders for him, I'm sure.
Now you try to chill and be ready for him when he gets home.

Billiejo - you must be worried sick!!! I'm hoping that Tiger will be fine and that all he needs is time.

Try to relax as your stress will rub off on him.

Re: Got Tiger out of the Walls.

Thanks to all of you for the support. I already lost one cat to a tradegy I don't think I could stand loosing another. I do feel a lot better today knowing my vet checked him out. He is a very timid cat to begin with (he's afraid of his own shadow) so I'm sure it will take time for him to get comfortable again. I will try my hardest to make him feel safe.

Glad to hear that you managed to get him out Billiejo. I'm sure that once he's had time to settle and recover he'll be fine. I'll say a little prayer for him and send lots of healing vibes to him and you ((hugs))
