What do you mean "a losing end of humping"? Was Monty humping another dog? Was the dog bearing its teeth trying to hump Monty? Good photos, looks like it was a good day out. |

fabulous photos Angie Maybe the other dogs were trying to hump as Monty isn't producing as much testosterone now ? My first Basenji was neutered and sometimes other dogs tried to hump him, it can be a dominance thing and bitches do it too. Speaking of humping Kwame tried it on with Jame's new g/f :O |

It can take up to eight weeks for his hormones to settle down after being neutered, so it may have something to do with that. I wouldnt worry too much Angie, just try to play games with him that may help build his confidence, but I'm pretty sure he will be fine. Just remember that if you get fearful or upset, so will he and that may make him a target for a more confident dog. |
