Re: Pigs and goats

These are our old pigs Shelley, the new ones arrive on Sunday.
Gigi is a commercial white breed ( the one furtherst away), and Scarlett is a tamworth cross gloucestershire old spot.
The new pigs are blacks of some sort!

Re: Pigs and goats

No, we have just got a new pen built for them and have been desperate to get them in because their field was so muddy, there is also a large firework display behind us tomorrow and we wanted them in before that.

Re: Pigs and goats

I thought that was the new pig family you'd rescued from slaughter too.

Re: Pigs and goats

I was going to comment on how settled the pigs looked - but as they are not your new pigs, they are happy to be at home.

Hope all your animals manage to cope with the fireworks. How thoughtless to have the event so near an animal rescue.
