When I found out last night I closed everything!! Catflap too!!! And today I have added a smaller holed second layer of mesh to the rabbit hutches/runs.... I am dead scared!! |

It's not going to feed for a while, Donna; not to worry! Hopefully he'll be caught in a few days. Actually, now close is it to your house...snakes don't travel really far. |

Dont worry, and as it goes cooler the less active it will be, they dont go out looking for trouble, you will be fine. |

I've just re-read that article (please don't read this Donna if you're frightened) but .... how long do you think it would take for a 6ft long snake to make it's way out of the owner's house? Nowhere near as quick I wouldn't think as a cat, dog, rabbit, bird etc.... wouldn't you think someone would have seen 6ft of it slithering out of the door or window? It's a beautiful looking creature - to be treated with respect but still lovely. |
