Fertility normal! I had a 'male' exotic shorthair, who turned out to be very much female, but even the vet couldn't tell at 10 weeks lol. |

Yep, it happens quite a lot! Vets are rubbish at sexing kittens We had one which at 5 months was seen by the vet and the owners told that his testicles hadn't descended yet an wait another month before castration. A month later, kitten was sexed as female! |

The kitten's sex has not changed, although it may have been wrongly sexed initially. It is fairly rare but cats can be hermaphrodite and exhibit both genitalia, and in this case they are usually sterile. Are you planning to breed from your kitten? |
