How do you know??If a cat is pregnant??. just noticed my neighbours cat seems to be rather rounded....

Well presuming an ultrasound scan is not an option  her abdomen shape will change & enlarge & her teats will go "pinker" but I guess that's not helpful if she's just passing by. Sorry can't be more helpful. |

She lives next door and is always in the field next to my house, she is a siamese and very friendly, just thought she was a lot bigger than normal...Will give her a good going over next time I see her... |

If she's a siamese Mol I would imagine she is a slender lady- so if she is getting bigger she may well be having kittens.  |
