The RSPCA should be able to help; they have long-handled grabbers with which they can get puss down. I'm sure I saw something on TV whereby they rescued a young cat from up a tall tree. |

Yes, I would suggest the fire brigade, they're usually helpful and might be quicker off the mark than the RSPCA. Whichever, I do hope puss gets down safely. |

Uuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmm..........RSPCA..... Let us know how you get on... otherwise it is the good old fashioned, trainers, jeans & thick t-shirt, cat carrier & ladder scenario.... by the way in general as you go up... they come down so have the owner on standby with food & a blankie for snuggles!!!
