LOL! I shouldn't laugh, but that is funny, sad but funny!! Similar thing happened to me: I'd planted sunflower seeds behind the tomatoes. Nothing. Dad happened to mention later he'd weeded the patch for me. and it was odd that some weeds were coming up in a line..... They mean well .... |

I think OH had a similar experience as a young lad - told to weed a border by a rather tyrannical uncle, but not told there were parsley seedlings in the border. It's put him off gardening for life. |

Wonder if my daff bulbs will survive??!! Usually he keeps to the mowing and 'doing as he's asked'. I've asked him to stick to that in future - his defence is that the road verge is not really in the garden - anyone know a good prosecutor as his defence seems pretty logical. |

See thats why I am paranoid of anyone doing anything in the garden....even my Mom who trained me in gardening said..."Oh thistles they will have to go" they are my Oriental Poppies...............Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... |
