Sofa. What would you do?

I have a dilema. I have seen a corner unit sofa in a sale. We gave our last one away when we moved out.
Now this one is ideal as the house we are moving to is alot smaller than the last one.
the thing is, we were given the 26th of Jan for our move in date but when we signed the papers it was the 9th of Feb. This is being looked into but because of the time of year we dont know what date it is yet.
Now this is it. The sale stops tomorrow.
1/ do I buy the sofa and give feb for a delivery date
2/ give Jan and put it into storage if need be
3/ do nothing as sales are always on as Derek says.

Re: Sofa. What would you do?

Hmm, I would probably go for it and give feb as the delivery date, as I'm sure you've got chairs you could sit on for a week or so if you do get in early.

hehe no chairs! It has £500 off. The thing is we would have to get a bigger storage unit. Dont have a price for the bigger unit yet.

hehe like that one. I really like it but dont know how many are in stock. Didnt want to be Too interested as some sales people just dont give up.
What I cant understand is I saw the same corner unit in another "sale" and it was pre sale price in the first shop. They recond they had £400 off it . Cant work that one out.

Re: Sofa. What would you do?

Got me confused!! Go for it girl, my mum hunted for months to find a new dining table she liked and eventually had to settle for one she wasn't so keen on, the problem being she had seen one she loved just before they started decorating but had nowhere to put it, so didn't get it!

Re: Sofa. What would you do?

Will do. It has a brown leather base, with goldy fabric cusions and loads of scatter cusions in golds and soft browns.
