Tutti Frutti Thursday

A very good morning all!

Lovely sunny warm Summer's day, and I think that's all across the board her in the UK.

Just off to the shops in a minute, taking Ceri to meet his mate in the cafe and then I need to collect our meds from the chemist. I had a really deep sleep last night, stayed up to watch the opening ceremony then as soon as cats were settled and chickens were roosted, went to bed. Taken the quilt off and just covered us with the duvet cover- bliss.

Off out tonight for a meal to celebrate a friend's birthday. She's the youngest of our school year, so the last to get to 54, and then we start over again in October. It's a newly renovated pub in the town that's we're going to tonight, hope we're not disappointed/

have a good day y'all xx

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

Morning Posh and those to follow. Hope you enjoy your meal tonight with your friends

We came home last night, a day early but we had seen and done everything we wanted to s just decided to pack up and leave.
Its overcast here at the moment, hopefully brighten up though as we are heading to the Bannockburn centre as we have been wanting to go for a while, going for lunch too and also to have a look at fridge freezers as ours is very old and we have our concerns about turning it back on as we are defrosting it at the moment.

Hope everyone has a good day. Catsey hugs to everyone

Hi all, sunny here too. I'm having a gardening day today but have just come in to change into long trousers and a long sleeve shirt as the stinging nettles are fighting back
Seriously - what is the point of them?

Hope everyone has a good day!

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

morning everyone.
Very hot again today but i have taken the figurative bull by the horns and cleaned the floors, including the stairs, sweating buckets but all done now, as is the packing, phew.
Going to pick my auction lots up soon and may try to relax, lol.
Tomorrow we are having an energy survey done as we think we qualify for free cavity insulation.
Nette, enjoy the meal with your pals.
CS, hope you get a lot done in your garden.
Pamela, glad you had a nice break, enjoy your visit this afternoon. What is the Banockburn centre ?

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

Good morning Posh Puss, pamela, cats' staff,Shelley and all to follow. It's nearly midnight here and I'm sitting watching the games on tv.
Enjoy your meal tonight PP, and enjoy the fine weather today.
Pamela, hope you have a nice lunch too and all the best with your fridge hunting.
It's no fun getting stung with those nettles, cats' staff. Boy, do they hurt!!!!!. Enjoy your day gardening in the sun.
Shelley, how can you bear to clean in the heat? Wish I had your motivation.

I've chosen another Red Zone cat to foster -a very scruffy looking ginger male with a fluffy tail. He's wild and cannot be captured at this time but he comes to the feeding station every night. I'll be doing my stint at that station for 2 weeks next month so will make an effort to befriend this poor big guy.

Hope everyone is enjoying watching the games. I certainly am.Off to bed now as I have an early start at work tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a great day and love to all Catsey cats.

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

Afternoon peeps, just watched Wiggo and the team pursuit. We are 2nd fastest, Australia are 1st. Enhoy your meal out PP.

We got a good deal on a big chest freezer at Currys PC world. We use the smaller upright for the dogs chicken wings which we buy boxes of.

Very warm here again, washer on again. I hate nettles but apparently they are good for butterflies. I always get stung no matter what I do so good luck CS.

Taking Beechams all in one for the cold, seems to have dried up a bit but still finding it stuffy and developing a bit if a cough. Fed up now. I'm sweating just sat here.

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

thanks Pamela.
Another question whats the Kelpies ?
Hope Barney was a good boy in the crate, sometimes it's nice to have a dog free outing.
Dinky, it has taken me about 3 weeks to gear up to clean upstairs, it was horrendous though i was actualy dripping with sweat, yuk. Had a shower now ,lol
Fantastic thing you are doing with your fostering and working at the feeding station.Good luck with your big ginger boy.
Picked up my auction stuff, half of it i didn't realise i was buying. I bid on a doll and some bears which came with other stuff that i hadn't noticed, lol.

The kelpies are huge metal horse structures. If you Google them you will see what I mean

Re: Tutti Frutti Thursday

Hi all ...... it's been a busy day here at Catsey, which is good! Hope you enjoy your evening out PP.

I've been on the first day of a 2 day introductory photography course near Chichester marina. It's been really good and I am looking forward to tomorrow. I've taken over 400 photos! The blessings of digital. I think I've got a good photo of a Herring Gull which I may post later if p/bucket wants to co-operate!

Enjoy your evening folks.
