Yes, Mags, we set up the rota between us. Her cat always goes out at 7.30 am and comes back about two hours later. He then goes out again about 1.30 pm, returning some time before 5 and is then in for the rest of the day. So I now let Sol out at 10 am, make sure he's in again by 1.00 (he's usually in of his own accord before then anyway), then he has to stay in until 5 (much to his disgust as he insists he wants to go out during the afternoon! No way, though) after which he can stay out as long as he likes. He's usually in before 9 pm as he reckons it's time for a little something to eat, which is when he has the second half of the steroid (he's down to one a day now). It's all rather trying but worth it to stop those two fighting. |

He's lovely. Always pleased to see pictures of Solomon That's a great system you have with your neighbour; very obliging of them to work with you so both cats can be safe AND have outside time. |
