Okay I have to admit since the Op I have developed a taste for omelettes maybe because they are easy and quick but delicious but what do you put in yours? All suggestions welcome, and possibly eaten.............

Re: Omelettes anyone?

My favourite is mushrooms and some grated cheese, and perhaps some spring onions.

I am fond of omelettes too.

Pizza Omlette. Cook the omlette, spread with tomato ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese and a few herbs. Pop under the grill untill the cheese is melted.

Whatever's in the fridge! Green beans are nice (pre-cooked ); tomatoes and ham; salmon and prawns; mushroom and spring onion . . . . the combination is endless!
