Lavender Birthday CakeOH made me a lovely Birthday Cake with the lavender essence we bought from the open day at Lordington. The little pieces of lavender on the top came off our own lavender from the garden. It may look a bit odd, but it was absolutely scrummy ......

I'll have a slice please!  People think lavender is a bit odd in food but my daughter makes a mean lavender cake, delicious! Enjoy it Angie. |
