India has arrived.Collected India from the kennels this am. ( also suspect collected a speeding ticket as I was late - no excuse really but !!!!) So far excellent progress, considering she has been kennelled for 5 months. A short time under the chest of drawers on the landing then a full inspection of every room which had an open door, small snacks of food, inspection of litter trays (one upstairs, one downstairs), quite chatty and very purry, needs lots of strokes and has allowed me to pick her up for a short cuddle. So nice to have a small person around the place again, last week was horrendous as had Old Dog pts last Sunday. Had been planning on getting another cat (Melba pts in Dec.) but decided to wait until O.M. had gone, he needed a lot of nursing towards the end and I felt it wouldn't be fair on whoever moved in. Now I can devote my time to India. Will update with progress and see if I can persuade son to post photo of her in due course. Logoes.
