As cats are free roaming, the police should have told the person who made the complaint that there was nothing that could be done. What a waste of police time. Surely the neighbour and owner could come to some arrangement whereby they share the cost of some cat proofing or something. But ofcourse that would just be too reasonable a compromise. |

I can well believe it's true. *rolls eyes* That person should have been humoured and told politely that he would not be charged for wasting police time, this time..How petty. |
