New Mods!Hi Everyone, You might have already noticed, but if not we have two new mods on board  Carole and Annestaff  You may recognise them from Dogsey, they are two of our Global Mods there and have volunteered to help get Catsey's own mod team up and running. To begin with, we'll be doing lots of behind the scenes stuff, setting things up, writing Posting Guidelines etc so you might not even notice them much  However, if you think someone has broken one of our rules and want to alert a mod please use the report post icon and one of us will take a look. We'll be using Dogsey's Mod Rule book as a basis, so you might see some changes, but that's only natural given we've been modless all this time I also think you all deserve a BIG pat on the back - how many other sites do you know that managed without mods for so long? Hardly any! So it's a testament to how good you all are. But as we are growing now, we need to bring in a mod team, and this is the first step.So who will be a mod? For the time being, while we set things up it will just be Carole and Anne, that is because they know our system like the back of their hands and moreso, know what style of moderating we go for. After a short while Catsey will get it's own Global Mod, and a small team of Section Mentors. The Global Mod will be chosen by me and we'll let anyone put their name forward to Mentor. Mentorship will be like the first step to modship - which will give people an oppourtunity to prove themselves, and those Mentors who seem to help out the most or show their are Mod material may be asked to become a Section Mod (who will moderate a particular section or sections). But more on that later! For now, please join me in welcoming Annestaff and Carole  and please keep an eye out for future announcements.
