Sorry you're feeling crap, Elaine. Just try and think about nice things. Not always possible but keep trying and eventually good thoughts will win! If that doesn't work . . . make sure you use the moisturising tissues otherwise you'll end up with a horrible, red,swollen flakey nose  |
