i feeling a bit odd tonight to be honest.
I ahd a migraine all day and just tooked 2 paracetamol and 2 codeine phospahte and noe i fell very light headed and sluggish, as i always do with them tablets, but theyre wokring wonders lol

I have been here, but been a bit quiet for a few days... dont know why... just dont have a lot to say..... bit down... but nothing to worry about.

aww dont be down donna, I konw how that fells. I've had depression on and off for over ten eyars.
It not nice, and that why soemtimes a get a bit paranoid that nobody likes me, etc. But it only cos i feel so down.
I always here if you wanna "chat" or anything. It horrible to feel down at anytime. can always PM me of rmy msn details, as can anybody if they can put up with me long enough to chat lol.

Thanks Moli, Cj. I just tend to "withdraw" when I am down. Just life getting to me at the moment. I will be fine I am sure soon enough.

I dont feel paranoid people dont like me when I am depressed, I actually MAKE people not like me by pushing them away. Dont know why I do it, but ignore emails, dont turn on msn, turn off phone... etc etc...
