Can cats have ACV?

I am just about to put through my order for the dogs food and I'm getting some Apple Cider Vinegar too, the problem is, it goes in their water dish, now whilst Wheatley has his own water dish, the dogs is more central (in the house) and bigger so I wouldn't want to add anything that could hurt him...

Thanks in advance

Re: Can cats have ACV?

Short answer is - I don't know. I have put ACV in my dog's bowl too, but didn't notice the cats taking any notice of it - perhaps as extra fussy creatures they don't care for the smell, even if it's only a very small amount?
