Most over-rated?

Who, in your opinion, is the most over-rated 'artiste'. There must be quite a few who each of us 'just don't get'. I'll nominate Bruce Springstein.........doesn't do a thing for me, certainly not the Boss imho.

I love Bruce Springsteen

but generally I think that all of them are over rated isn't it a sick world when these people get paid millions to "act" or "sing" and there are people like nurses etc earning hardly any money to save lives - or there are people starving to death while these "artists" waste money on having 10 different homes and lots of bling

I reckon (a sweeping generalization here) that most of these 'r n b' artistes are the biggest waste of space ever. Now I'm not talking about rythmn n blues here but the new moany, whiny, wimpy drum-machine driven drivvel that most of today's teenagers listen too (no offence to any teenagers here . . . maybe it's an age thing)

All the do is half-talk half-whine their way through ooo baby ooo yooo dooo it toooo me and drag their baggy-panted/short skirted butts (dependent on gender) all over the stage and make far too much money and contribute zilch to the progression of music, or style or anything much really.

Sorry, but to nominate Springsteen.... you can't have listened to the albums, the man is one of the most important of his generation.
