Harris behaving like a brat

My wee darling Harris has turned into a teenage brat i think!!! He is constantly chasing Skye and trying to nip her, she is having to go up onto our wardrobe to keep out of his way as he cant jump up there. He is also constantly meowing when we walk into the kitchen trying to demand treats or food. He has been badly behaved since he came back from the cattery. Have tried a few things to stop him harrassing Skye but its not working. Any suggestions or is he just going through his "teenage" stage??? He reminds me soo much of that teenager, Kevin!!!!

Sounds like a bad case of the terrible teens feline style, he's about the right age. Wait for him to grow out of it??

Re: Harris behaving like a brat

i don't know what age cats would be like teenagers.
Maybe his personality is developing and he's a bit bolshy.
Have no suggestions realy except to do what your doing by providing Skye with an escape place.
Coincidently Kwame is a brat too and is a pain with Malaika, he sometimes makes her scream when he bites her. I'm surprised as i thought she's be boss. Still not sure.
Hopefuly someone may have some suggestions for your naughty boy

Re: Harris behaving like a brat

I'm guessing about the age, 2 people years equal 24 cat years, so it seems to me that at 18 months he'd be a teenager.
