The art of sleep

Mags - Radio 5 sometime between 3 & 4 this afternoon. Hope it might come up with something for you. I'll try and listen and get the main points.

Edit: 2:38 and you've just logged out Mags! Now I'll have to listen!

Re: The art of sleep

here's a link to take you to a 'listen again' link http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/programmes/mayo.shtml
It's vaguely interesting but nothing startling. The usual - 'don't worry' - advice.
They're talking about a drug to keep you awake, as a new develoment but don't think you want that!

Re: The art of sleep

I didn't hear anything that I thought was really helpful DM It was worth a listen though........

I am using a hypnotherapy CD by Glenn Harrold at the moment......he has a very soothing, relaxing voice. I played it at 3.00am this morning when I couldn't sleep and I didn't hear the end of it! The tone of his voice and the slowness of his speech is enough to send anyone to sleep!!

Look out for sleepytime tea when you're at the shops. It's got a bear in a nightcap on the green box and it tastes really nice Peppermint and Camomile with flavoured herbs.
I take a mugful to bed and I'm out like a log.

Jx
