He should be ....... so long as he doesn't come into contact with other cats. I think that's right ............... please someone else correct me if I'm wrong. |

The Blue Cross says "Cats must have completed their vaccinations before being allowed outside, and kittens should not go outside until neutered (approximately five to six months of age)." But they aren't taking harness and lead into account there. |
