One of my friends had a cat with thyroid problems who went really thin. He was fine once they confirmed the problem with a blood test and sorted out the dosage of tablets. Good luck Tigger! |

Hi, Well we took Tigger to the vets and when the man vet (Tigger doesn't like that man vet) went to get him out the carry case, Tigger did his usual hiss to say get of me! Once he was out the vet checked him again n said he was perfectly healthy. Second thing to weigh him again and was 4.3kg last week he was 4.4kg but they did weigh him in different basket to last week! Third thing was to shave a part of him so they could get some blood from him to check his kidneys! But surprise surprise tigger would not let him near him. They even tried to wrap him up in a towel but he was having none of it lol. (that's my bro) So then the vet said they would have to sedate him to get any blood. Which me n my mum didn't really want to do coz he is getting on abit now. So we said we would leave it for abit, Then check his weight again and if it has changed a lot then we would definitely let them get some blood from him. So yeah he's totally fine at the mo. |
