just got to see a few more friends for sponsorship then it will be all systems go.
so far got about 140 quid promised. 1 chq in the bank.
2morow im going for a nice bike ride. loosen up my bits.then have pasta for dinner. also buy some bananas for the walk.
so think im ready

just fingers crossed for dry weather. dont care if its dull n overcast. just want the DRY.
the husband of my friend who died was to get in touch with the local paper but so far nothing. and our local paper will report the opening of a new book.
think hes blown us out.

but if its a success he is the sort of person who will pat himself on the back and say didnt i do a good job

Good luck BM!! Why don't you get the paper involved? It'd be a sham to pass up an oportunity for publicity and additional fund raising.

rosemary the breath easy co-ordinator was going to get in touch with the papers for us, but my friennds husband said he would do it, and if its not in tonights paper it will be too late. what we can do is get the paper involved after the event and say how much we raised ect ect. but i am disapointed in his non reaction.
he rang me up last week all full of promises. im hoping he will come through in the end,

Cathy, you'd need to set up a paypal account online and Eileen could then pay you using this. That's about as much detail as I know . . .

got pay pal use it on feepay (sorry ebay LOL) have to get OH to sort that out.
