There is something satisfying about grinding spices in a pestle n mortar . . . I haven't actually seen this Jamie Oliver thingie . . . but it does sound like a little bit of a 'gimmick' . . . |

That's the badger! (as my son would say......obviously mild insanity is hereditary! ) Looks a good idea; seems too good to be true - and the reviews support that view - and is waaaaay to expensive. Shame, I'm always keen on low-tech, non plug-in kitchen equipment. |

The price is just because it has Jamie Olivers name to it. Like the George Foreman grill. If you wait a bit they will bring out a cheaper one... that probably will work better anyway!!!! |
