Daily Thread / FridayMorning all, the sun is shining brightly here after a very wet night. Rain forecast for later though  Not much planned. Hubby has a dental appointment this afternoon and would like me to go along with him to hold his hand  Charlie - wishing you the very best for your move today and lots of happiness in your new home x Hope you all have a lovely day

Morning Fran We have rain again  . So much for me taking Ceilidh to a park today.Just the usaull here. Nothing much happening. Must admit though I'm getting really fed up with this weather. Never mind soon be the weekend |

Am in the office today as Johanna (new au pair) seems to be getting on a like a house on fire with Sebastian (and vice versa), am hoping not to receive any panic calls. Dominik is in school as they have a speech day and garden party so I'll pop along to see him receive his certificate but don't really fancy staying to make small talk with the other parents. I have had the mother of all headaches for the last few days, and nothing seems to be shifting it, it's an all-over type affair very neuralgia-like. Hope it lets up soon |

Very overcast and dull here........... just right for staying indoors to watch Wimbledon! Usual routine work here, hopefully the washing will dry enough to get the ironing done later. Fran ~ I hope your hubby gets on alright at the dentist this afternoon  Yola ~ I hope your headache clears soon ...... could it be stress related, do you think? Enjoy your day everyone! |

Brilliant sun and nice and warm here today. Sorry that so many of you are still having rain...enough is enough! Been to the bank and market and plan on some weeding/pruning this afternoon. I got the squirrel repellent Mags told me about and will spread it around...takes about 2 weeks they say...wish me luck~! Yola: glad the new au pair is working out! |

Evening all, fairly nice day today - at least no rain!! Am off out in a bit for a few drinks with some mates as the kids are at their fathers. Gotta work tomorrow so wont get going mad!! |
