Elvish Thursday

Hello everyone ..... the weather people STILL don't know if we're going to be hit by this storm tonight .... so we have our fingers crossed that it goes along the Channel, but either way France or us will get it seemingly.

We had such fun at the dog training Christmas party last evening - there were 11 dogs in attendance and lots of games and all won prizes. There were two special presentations during the evening and Monty won "Most Improved" - we were so chuffed, although I have to say he didn't do so well at the competitions during the party. There were some smarty pants there, one long haired dachshund who won the agility was like a wee pocket rocket, such fun to watch!

I have loads more work to do today, so onwards and upwards as they say. Have a good day all.

Hi, Angie, those to follow! Cloudy and still above normal at a bit past 10:45 A M: 10℃ (47℉), rather brisk wind when I was out grass-picking. Quiet, as usual, had grocery delivery yesterday; that's about the most exciting thing that's happened! Madam is napping.

I didn't know there was a bad storm on the way, hope it hits France, not the UK! The party sounds like fun, glad Monty did well.

Take care,people,stay warm!

Hi Angie, Eileen, those to come.

The party sounds like a lot of fun Angie.

Good hearing that all seems to be going well Eileen.

Tis getting dark here. I'm not all that long in, and shall be heading out again soon - time to go see Asthma Nurse and see what she has to say... Sure to be something seeing I'm supposed to go see her if I take Vent more than 3 times in a week, and it's still at least that daily right now - still, lots better than it was...

Hope everyone else is having a good day...
